• Bingo A fun-filled evening of Bingo with the family. Food and drinks are served so you don't have to worry about cooking. Come on out and win a round.
• Easter Egg Hunt and Cake Walk The Easter Bunny parades to Hohlt Park where eggs are hidden for all ages to find. Afterwards, community children can win cakes at the Cake Walk.
• River Clean-up Twice a year we perform a clean up of our adopted area of White River
• Plant Exchange Occurs in Spring. A wonderful and inexpensive way to add to your gardens.
• Garage Sale The Community Association sponsors the advertisements and all residents are invited to have their own garage sales. This event usually is scheduled in June.
• Rocky Ripple Festival in the Park  2008 marks the 9th year of this festival held in our very own Rocky Ripple Hohlt Park during September. Free music, kids activities, and artists booths displaying a wide variety of handmade work for purchase.
• Chili Supper/Halloween Hayride Occurs in October. Cooks are invited to share their favorite chili concoctions with other residents. Hot dogs, desserts, and drinks are provided. A haunted hayride is a popular activity for all ages on this night.
• Holiday Bazaar/Visit with Santa A holiday bazaar held at our local town hall early in December. Exhibitors are local residents with craft items for sale. Items range from ceramic fish to homemade wreaths to photo magnets. Santa Claus makes an appearance in the afternoon to take Christmas gift requests from children present
•Volleyball in Hohlt Park. Open games occur Thursdays 6pm (adults and children) and Sundays 2pm (adults only) weather permitting
• Wanda's Coffee and Chat Named for neighbor Wanda who makes the coffee for the chat... happens the 1st Saturday of every month, 9:15 am Town Hall. Come, sit back and enjoy coffee and casual conversation with your neighbors and friends!
